The 50mm (1.96'') diameter pole comes in three finely-wrought, slot-together pole sections featuring smooth joins and a chrome finish for a pro-level, pole-dancing experience. The pole slots into special bearing-orientated base and ceiling plates. For easy installation, the top of the pole is extendable and can be adjusted to fit ceilings between 2.2m (72'') and 2.6m (86'') in height. The pole is easily removable and fully portable and the kit includes a handy carry and storage bag.

Consult a qualified builder/handyman if you are unsure of the correct way to find a ceiling joist. 
Ensure assembled Spinning Pole pieces are tightly connected and free from any uneven edges where they join. Check the Spinning Pole before use for any sharp edges, burrs or other hazards that could cause injury to the user. In the event that any damage has occurred it is strongly advised that the Spinning Pole not be used. 

Exercise caution when assembling the Spinning Pole on smooth or polished surfaces as this can reduce grip. 
Only use the Spinning Pole in rooms where the ceiling height is no higher than 2.6m (8' 6"). 

Use the Spinning Pole in a safe area of at least 2.6m (8' 6"). The dancer should be able to move freely with one arm outstretched while holding onto the Spinning Pole. Where this is not possible, we suggest removing any breakable or fragile objects from the dancer's reach. 

Make sure to warm up your muscles before every workout. Do not attempt to use the Spinning Pole if, for any reason, you are incapable of moderate exercise. If unsure you should consult a doctor or specialist. 

Only use your Spinning Pole to the extent of your abilities; do not attempt dance moves you are not confident in performing.

Disassemble your Spinning Pole after use by twisting and wiggling each piece gently apart. Store your Spinning Pole in a cool, dry, safe place where it will not be damaged or tampered with. We recommend storing it in your handy Spinning Pole Carry & Storage Bag.
